    Good Afternoon, Somersham District Members –

     
    Here is our weekly summary of offences and incidents affecting your community, reported to police during the period 19th to 25th March:

     
    West End, Woodhurst – Police were called to a collision between a bus and a car at West End, Woodhurst, at lunchtime on Friday 19th March. Fortunately no one was reported hurt but the road was closed for a time until recovery services towed the damaged car away. (Ref CC-19032021-0171)
     
     
    And Finally – Police to Run Motorcycle Safety Workshops:
     
    Officers from the Beds/Cambs/Herts Road Policing Unit will be running the popular ‘BikeSafe’ events again this year. BikeSafe is a national motorcycle project aimed at reducing the number of motorcyclists killed or seriously injured on the roads.
