We are investigating the following crimes that have been reported in the last 24 hours. This is not an exhaustive list of crimes that we are investigating but ones we would like to make you aware of and require further information on.
Castle Camps – Camps End
Theft from Vodaphone Mast- between 01/11 and 19/11 doors were forced open at a tower mast and high value batteries have been stolen from inside, first noticed by staff upon arrival.CR 35/46141/18
Fulbourn – Yarrow Road
Theft from motor vehicle happened at the Tesco’s Store at around 5.30pm whilst owner was returning the trolley to one of the bays, unknown offender has stolen the owner’s handbag from inside the vehicle. CCTV to be confirmed. CR 35/46262/18
Cambourne – Stagwell Road
Theft from motor vehicle occurred overnight between 10am on 18/11 and 6.10am on 19/18, unknown offenders have stolen the victims dash camera from inside the vehicle, not known how entry was gained at this time. CR 35/46222/18
Gamlingay – Park lane
Criminal damage has occurred on a building site overnight between the 18/11 and 19/11, unknown person(s) have entered the site and spray painted outside walls to a building. Crime being investigated. CR 35/46080/18
Elsworth – Brook Street
Business burglary took place during the day from a large insecure barn, between 9am and 6pm on 19/18, unknown person(s) have then entered another workshop within the barn and stolen a large amount of power tools from inside. CR 35/46232/18
Cottenham – Oakington Road
Business burglary has taken place between the 17/11 and 19/11 whereby unknown person(s) have gained entry through the perimeter fence to building site and then into locked containers steeling various items including copper / lights and two henry hoovers. CR 35/46076/18
Reminder for residents of Gamlingay, PCSO Lindsay Gardiner will be holding a Police Surgery at the Eco Hub on Stocks Lane between 10 – 12 today 20/11, please pop along and have a chat.
PCSO John Coppard will be holding a Police Surgery on Saturday 1st December 2018 between 2-4pm at the Morrison’s store on Broad Street, Cambourne. Crime prevention advice in the run up to Christmas.
