Arrest made in connection with primary school burglary

Dear Resident,

A 12-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a burglary at Pathfinder Church of England Primary School in Northstowe.

Staff arrived at the school on Monday to find it had been broken into overnight, during which money was stolen and extensive damage was caused within the school building, forcing the school to close.

We understand the concern this incident will cause among pupils, parents, staff and the wider community. The boy has since been released on bail to return to Milton Police Station. The investigation is ongoing as we continue to work closely with the school following the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact us quoting reference 35/77426/26.

Kind Regards,

Sergeant Chris Daniel
