Arrest made in connection with school incident |
||
|
Dear Resident, A teenage boy has been arrested in connection with an incident in Eynesbury yesterday (4 February). We were called at about 8:45am to Ernulf Academy in Eynesbury with reports the school had received a bomb threat. The school implemented its emergency procedures for a period of time as a precaution. A 15-year-old boy from Cambridgeshire has been arrested on suspicion of malicious communications. He has since been bailed until 3 May with conditions not to enter or go within the location of the school. Neighbourhood officers will be out on foot patrol today and Friday, and available to speak to anyone who may have concerns. On behalf of the school and local police, we would like to thank parents and members of the community for their support. Kind Regards, Sergeant Rob Streater St Neots Neighbourhood Team | ||
