An update from your local neighbourhood team |

Dear Resident,
One of the priorities that the March neighbourhood team have been working towards over the past few months is tackling vehicle-related anti-social behaviour and traffic offences.
As part of their work to address this issue, they have recently: 🛴Seized an e-scooter in Badgeney Road, March 🚗Conducted speed checks in Huntingdon Road, Chatteris. Fortunately, everyone was abiding by the limit and no speeding was identified 🚙Patrols at Westwood Primary School in March, where five tickets were issued for obstructive parking and many other parents given words of advice 🚗Patrols round Park Lane Primary School in Whittlesey, where two tickets were issued 🚘Parking patrols of the roads surrounding Alderman Jacobs Primary School in Whittlesey, where one ticket was issued
While outside AJS, concerns were raised about cars parking on the pavement near to the junction of Coronation Avenue. We would like to remind you that this is a mandatory shared path between pedestrians and cyclists, and vehicles are not permitted to park on here. There is also a single yellow line outside the school which indicates a no waiting area between 8am-9am and 2.30pm-3.30pm.
This is just a snippet of the work that the team have been doing in the recent months. You can find out more about their other priorities on our website.
