Uninsured car seized by neighbourhood officers

Dear Resident,

When neighbourhood officers were out in Whittlesey yesterday morning they saw a car parked on double yellow lines and at a crossing in Market Street.

They stopped to speak to the driver and ended up seizing the car after checks revealed they did not have any insurance!
