Dedicated patrols to combat ASB

Dear Resident,

Did you see us out and about in the city centre over the weekend? Our officers were back out on dedicated patrols to tackle anti-social behaviour, where they:

🏠 Helped an intoxicated woman get home safely

🥳 Met a bunch of people who were celebrating a wedding

👮‍♂️ Dispersed someone who was breaching the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO)

👮‍♂️ Safeguarded two women who reported suspicious behaviour. While no crimes were reported, the man involved was given words of advice

🚑 Stayed with a woman in Broadway while she waited for an ambulance

🛍 Engaged with the stall holders

⛪ Patrolled the Cathedral grounds and gardens

🚗Issued a ticket to a car parked illegally in Albert Place
