Dear Resident,
You asked, we listened.
We recently asked what our eCops subscribers wanted to know about contacting the police. We received plenty of insightful responses and we will be answering some of the questions both on eCops and on our social media pages in the coming months.
One of the recurring requests we received was for a printable resource which outlines the best way to contact the police in certain scenarios - so we listened.
Attached to this email you will find 2x pages explaining when and how to contact the police. The documents explain what we classify as an emergency, and breaks down the different ways you can get in touch with us in an emergency vs non-emergency situation.
Please save and print the documents as you see fit, keeping them by your phone for if you ever need them.
We hope you find this helpful.
Kind regards,
