Dear Resident, Do you have unwanted knives at home that you no longer need?
Maybe you are in possession of a knife you shouldn't have but don't know how to dispose of it safely?
As part of our knife amnesty this week, the Fenland and Peterborough Neighbourhood Teams are offering to collect knives and other bladed items from your home, reducing the risk of accidental injuries, thefts and violent crime.
Every knife removed is one less potential threat to our community. Simply email NorthKnifeAmnesty@cambs.police.uk and we'll arrange a time and date to collect.
Alternatively, check with your local recycling centre to see if they can be deposited there.
