Cambridge home closed for three months

Dear Resident,

A Cambridge home has been issued with a closure order following recent anti-social behaviour.

The order was issued to 20a Rawlyn Road, Cambridge, on Friday (2 May) after a successful application from Cambridgeshire Police to Cambridge Magistrates’ Court.

The action came as a result of frequent reports of anti-social behaviour coming from the address.

A closure order was granted and the property will be partially closed for three months.

The closure order states that the house be partially closed in accordance with the Anti-Social Behaviour and Policing Act 2014. No one is permitted to enter except the tenant and emergency services until 1 August 2025.

If anyone is found on the premises unlawfully they render themselves liable for arrest.

Kind Regards,

PC Lauren Rouse
