It was bad luck for one driver yesterday!

Our neighbourhood officers stopped a car in Edinburgh Drive, Wisbech, to speak with the driver. Checks done on the vehicle revealed that they were a provisional licence holder, therefore the vehicle was seized and we have reported them for the offence.
