Dear Resident,

These are 18 faces who are currently banned from parts of Cambridge because of offending affecting our local businesses, including repeated shoplifting, begging and anti-social behaviour (ASB).

Each of them has a Criminal Behaviour Order in place – all part of our work to deter continued offending! 

1. Sam Green – banned from any Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and McDonalds in Cambridge until 10/11/2025

2. Sonny Matthews – banned from any Co-Op, Sainsbury’s and John Lewis in Cambridge or enter any store wearing a rucksack until 18/10/2024

3. Lawrence King – banned from any Co-Op in Cambridgeshire and contacting any employee of Co-Op until 1/07/2027

4. Stephen Mulryan – banned from Primark, Sainsbury’s in Sidney Street and John Lewis, and must not beg until 20/11/2024

5. Carmel Holland – banned from Tesco in Milton, Co-op in Burwell and the Post Office in Bottisham, as well as entering any shop in Cambridgeshire with Trevor Pilgrim until 14/6/2024

6. Trevor Pilgrim – banned from Tesco in Milton, Co-op in Burwell and the Post Office in Bottisham, as well as entering any shop in Cambridgeshire with Carmel Holland until 14/6/2024

7. Josh Collinson-Prime – banned from any Co-Op within the boundary of the M11, A11, A505 and A14 until 8/6/2024

8. Scott Reynolds – banned from any Co-Op within the boundary of the M11, A11, A505 and A14 until 18/5/2024

9. Marcus Baker – banned from John Lewis in Cambridge until 24/10/2025

10. Ralph Allgood – banned from Co-Op in Mill Road, Tesco in East Road and Petty Curry, John Lewis and Sainsbury’s in Eddington until 5/10/2028

11. Josh Green – banned from any Co-Op in Cambridgeshire until 11/5/2024

12. Jack Mann – banned from Grand Arcade, Lion Yard, Savers in St Andrew’s Street, Superdry in Petty Cury and Co-Op in Milton Road until 3/11/2025

13. Tina Jay – banned from any Co-Op in Cambridgeshire until 23/2/2025

14. Stephen Foot – banned from any Sainsbury’s, Co-Op, Holland and Barrett, Tesco and Aldi within the boundary of the M11, A11 and A14 until 5/10/2028

16. Derek Lundgren – banned from any Tesco, Co-Op and Boots in Cambridgeshire until 6/12/2028

16. Blake Healy – banned from any Co- Op, Superdry, Savers and JD Sports in Cambridge until 22/1/2026

17. Luke Solomon – must not be in, or sleep rough in Cambridge, indefinitely

18. Demi Sanghera – must not request or accept any money from any members of the public until 9/12/2024
